Choosing the right size cord loop replacement for your window shades is crucial for ensuring proper functionality.

For small clutches, the D30 Cord Loop is recommended, available in lengths of 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 5ft, and 6ft. Longer loops can be specially ordered, with linear length being double the loop length. For larger clutches, the K35 Cord Loop is thicker and suitable for sizes ranging from 2ft to 6ft, with the option for special orders as well.

The Continuous Cord Loop is commonly used for various types of shades, including Cellular, Honeycomb, Pleated, Silhouette, Roman, Woven Wood, and Zebra Shades. These cord loops are compatible with many popular brands such as Hunter Douglas, Levolor, Graber, Bali, and more, offering high-quality polyester blend construction made in the USA.

The D30 Cord Loop, measuring 2.7mm, is thinner and ideal for smaller clutches and lighter shades. On the other hand, the K35 Cord Loop, at 3.4mm, is slightly thicker and commonly used for larger shades and clutches. The C30 Cord Loop, the thickest among the three, has been discontinued and replaced with the K35 loop.

If you are unsure about the size or thickness of your cord, follow this general guide: use the D30 loop for small clutches with small and light shades, and opt for the K35 loop for larger clutches with heavier shades. The thicker K35 loop provides higher tensile strength, making it suitable for lifting heavier weights and worn-out clutches.

It is important to match the appropriate cord loop size with the clutch for smooth operation. Placing a K35 loop in a small clutch will work, albeit with a tighter feel when pulling. However, using a D30 loop in a large clutch is not recommended as it may cause issues such as skipping.
