Installation Steps: 1. Remove the blind from the window and lay it on a flat surface. 2. Use pliers to remove any end stiffeners that are pressed into both sides at the end of the headrail. 3. Install the new tilter by seating it and sliding the metal rod through the center gear hole. 6. Put the end stiffeners back on, attach the wand, and then hang up the blind.
